I think I can speak for the entire Della Terra team, when I say we had a blast catering this event. Pasta Station, Burger Bar(pre-burgers), Grilled Cheese station, and 2 rounds of passed treats. Casual, Fun, Awesome!
There is a trend these days away from traditional seated wedding receptions in favor of cocktail party receptions. The cocktail reception can be more affordable than a full dinner, and it is also very glamorous and chic.
