Sit-down dinner reception for 100 guests

 
The following are a some pics from a sit-down wedding recepton for 100 guests. We started with a few passed items followed by a 4 course dinner:
Butternut & Hubbard Squash Soup
Warmed Grilled Vegetable Salad
choice of:
Pan Seared Trout Cake over burnt butter gnocchi
or
Porcini Braised Short-Rib over pecorino polents
Fresh Berries & Cream
